Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I've bought out the lease of a car to sell it. The title hasn't been transferred yet. Can I revert the lease termination and restore the lease?

Probably not. It would depend on the terms of the lease and the buy out documentation. You may, however, be entitled to compensation if the delay in transferring title causes you actual financial loss or expense, though you might have to go to small claims to get it.
