Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Bought medicine online and never received it
I bought medicine online and they debited my visa check card and they never sent me it. Their customer service number just hangs up on me and the only thing I have left is an ''order status'' website that is never updates. What kind of actions can I take against this company (a seperate billing company from the website) to get my money back or get my medicine that I need?

You need to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Most of the time, the card will be refunded.
