Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I just bought a motorcycle here in Riverside ca the seller got bike from out of state and never registered it. I made the purchase not knowing that bike can not be registered here in California because of EPA EDMISSIONS I have contacted the seller and he refuses to refund me what can I do about this situation? ?

If he did not disclose the lack of registration and inability to get it registered, you should be able to return the bike and get a refund. If he refuses, you may need to sue him. If he is a dealer, you may want to get the license bureau involved.
