I bought an open pox camcorder from best buy,we took some pics and film and when my 7 year old was scrolling through the pics she found pics of nude men and women,what can i do about this

"Open box" products are marked that way for a reason. Delete the images.

P.S. My spouse disagrees with me. She thinks the store had a legal duty to delete anything stored on the camcorder before selling it to you.

Tell your daughter that people take photos of different things, and that neither you nor your spouse took those photographs. I would agree with Mr. Stone's spouse and suggest writing to the store and/or district manager to complain about the lack of quality control and an obligation to purge memory before reselling a product.
