Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I bought a package of lunch meat at a Winco Store, and there was a black hair in it !! I believe it was packaged there at the store. We do most of our shopping there, because of the good deals, but now I'm kind of grossed out! Is there any liability on their part? Or should I just stick to not buying those product's there anymore.

Your case has some value, but little. Depends on what kind of physical disturbance you had. perhaps worth $500 to $1500..
