Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
we bought a salon software pgm. along with all the hardware- cahs drawer, scanner etc.
we were promised exceptional technical help. the pgm was not working correctly- each time we called, we were greeted with a very nasty man saying we are stupid and have no idea what we are doing. after two months we decided this pgm was not for us and cancelled it. we then started receiveing nasty reviews on our website( i have all documented) AND nasty phone calls. we tried to have the charges reversed on our cc and they refused saying we had 30 days and that time lasped. we are still receiving nasty reviews and are now stuck with all the hardware we tried to send back and they refused not to mention a cost of $938.50
is there anything we can do.
thank you so much

.Yes sue them for breach of warranty and a defective program. Also if you can prove that they are behind the calls and bad reviews sue them for defamation.
