Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
bought a truck yesterday not happy
bought a truck its a 27,500. plus they say a roll over of 7,000. for the dodge 20003 we owed 14,000.we put 2.500.down they put it on a 7 year at 556.00 mo. I just do think it adds up nice at all. our credit scores are 705 and 680 Now they just called bank of america will not take it but they found in off wall bank. can we give it back??? its less then 24 hrs. we still have the dodge.

You cannot give it back so long as the terms of financing have not changed. They cannot require you to sign a new contract.
