Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
My boyfriend and I live in RV park in fifth wheel trailer in his mother's name. Both of us on monthly rental agreement & we each pay 1/2 rent and electric in cash to his mother and she writes ck (we don't have ck acct) to Park owner. This month boyfriend decides its over, moves out and Aug 18 expects me to move out next day, I refuse having paid rent to end of month he gets abusive I file restraing order/move out order he is severd Aug 22 as he prep to move RV. In my app for restraining order I requested that he nor his mother be allowed to move/sell trailer (because its my home and i paid rent) Not granted. Aug 23 Landlord comes over and tells me mom/son are moving trailer today they sold it. I wondered why landlord was getting involved until he tossed it out there that they were selling it to owner of park, so now they want me out.What if i had alt trailer to put in space and could afford rent myself? Landlord wont confirm purchase of RV to me. I am a wreck, Do I have any rights? I really feel like the victim here is this fair? Help please!!

You were probably in a month to month tenancy, in which you only have rights to live out the remainder of the month.
