breach of contract

I purchased a used vehicle from a finance company that has done several things to me. 1rst i had forced placed insurance(fpi) and when i was in a accident that i was injured in (sciatic nerve) they never did anything for me (no calls no contact)despite calls from me to #s listed.2nd there is late fees on that were put on me that were per contract not late fees 3rd when i purchased insurnace they would not take of my fpi it took my insuarnce agent faxing and calling to get it off.4th my interest was raised without my notification a violation of my written contract. 5th i recieved harrasing phone calls from them despite my request to stop and my former co workers where harrased as well.

Not having seen the contract, I can't comment on the interest rate or related issues. Usually, if the seller places insurance, it's only to protect the property (i.e. the car), and not the person. Because you were hurt, your medical bills are your own responsibility or that of the other at-fault driver, if any. Many lawyers will give you a reasonably-priced initial consultation to see if you might have a case against the finance company on the interest and late fee issues. Good luck to you.
