I enrolled in a modeling school and paid my fees. At the end of porgram they refused to give diploma. They made 2 claims: 1) certian requirements had not been met. I agreed to fulfill any outstanding requirements. 2) That I had become argumentative and therefere they would not allow completion of program. I tried mediation but their lawyer basically refused any attempt to come to an understanding saying she perfered to deal with another lawyer. All I am seeking is the diploma. I may have lost my temper when I encountered an unexspected delay in the form of additional requirements, but since that encounter I have been nothing but civil. I have made it clear that I am willing to meet any requirements they set for me. I paid my fees, attended every class, assume I completed each assignment satisfactorily since I was never given an unsatisfactory report. The withholding of this diploma can have an effect on future employment.
