Buyer wants a refund

The buyer demands a refund. He did not read it completely and now he wants a refund after i sent him the information. He is threatening to sue me. Can he sue me?

Anyone can sue anyone for anything, as a general rule. The real question is who will prevail. Just one opinion, but your ad looks pretty misleading to me, not to mention that your added 'will not sell if under $100' language (although somewhat irrelevant, given the selling price) would seem to violated eBay's auction terms. You also say shipping is FREE in one place, and $20 in another.
Is this information you're selling really worth anywhere near this much? Hard for me to judge, but it seems it might be worth a lot less. I would consider a refund, if I was you, as I don't think any court would look kindly upon your ad.
