Buying and selling a car
If I have writen varification from the owner of a car I soley purchased in full along with proof of current registration in my name, can my brother who stole my keys and is holding my car due to a personal vendetta sell my car or continue to hold it at my mercy?

No. Call the Sheriff's Department to report it stolen and explain the situation to them. If that doesn't work, you can call my office for a further consultation.
