Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Buying a used vehicle unaware of major problems
I purchased a used vehicle about 2 years ago and had nothing but problems with the frame. When I purchased it I was told it was customed lowered but after the first year the frame bent I took it to the dealer I bought it from and they had it sent to someone to have it reenforce, everything seemed fine after this but here I am 6 month later with almost the same situation but worse the frame broke and other damages accumalated regarding the situation. Ive contacted the dealer and they just keep giving me the run around. The repair shop who handled this the first time now whats nothing to do with the vehicle because he doesnt want to be liable. Refered by the dealer to go to another repair shop and the same thing he really doesnt want to touch it. Do I have any rights to this matter at all? Please help.
