Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Ca.,auto lease return repair cost deadline...
I returned a leased auto on 6/25/07.
The initial return fee/repair bill is $620.
According to records received, the vehicle has been driven approx.
10 miles since its return.
Am I liable for other repair charges
allegedly done by the lessor?

No, but you should make sure a post turn in inspection was done and all damage was documented. If not, they may come after you and claim that the damage was done prior to the turn in.
