Calif. promissory term note

I want to create a personal loan for $3000 which I will pay off within 2 months all at once, with all interest. Is the Calif. Promissory Term Note the correct one to use? (from the Find Legal Forms website)

You can use that form. Or you can go to Staples or Office Depot and buy a book of legal forms for $20. Almost any sample contract can be modified to work too.
