Canceling A Contract
On Friday, February 20, 2004, I had an initial consultation with a program consultant from Lindora Weight loss clinic. I mentioned to her, that I wanted to be in a program, where I would receive from the clinic exactly what foods, that I needed to purchase at the local supermarket. She said, that �the nurses would provide a print out for me� and specifically said, that they would �customize� it for my target goal in the program. The first three days, I was told to use only their products. At the end of the third day, I had ask the nurse about the print out list. She said, that they don�t provide one, and that all the information should just be in their Lindora book, which I had to purchase. In addition, I emphasized to the program consultant, that I wanted to pay for the program in full, knowing that I did not want to pay extra during my treatment. After reading the book, I find that, it�s necessary to buy additional weight loss products to maintain proper treatment. I was not satisfied with this either. I felt misinformed about the treatment, and therefore requested to receive a pro-rated refund based on unused products and/or time in the treatment as I have already paid in full. Please advise me of my rights as a consumer.

This will be a swearing match: "I said they said".You will have to go to small claims court and trust that the judge believes you.
