Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I was in a car accident where the other person was totally at fault and negligent. Roughly 5 days after the accident this person gave his house and vehicles to his son. County paperwork confirms this. Isn't it fraudulant in California to knowingly liquidate your belongings if posibly being sued?? Thanks, Allison

It may well be what is called a transfer in fraud of creditors. But I would need more information about the case the accident and about the other driver
