Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Car was given back to dealership the next day after purchase due to damages on the car, not mechanical. What if car loan was not financed and seller didn't send within 10 days notice to cancel contract. Do we get the car back from dealer?

I do not fully understand what you are saying. If you bought a car, returned it the next day, got your payment back or cancelled--then you have no rights to the car. If the seller has not returned your money, the car is your car to keep, but you must finish paying for it, with an agreed to reduction in the price because of the damage.
