Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
car dealer contract
I just bought a car one month ago it is a pre owned car. Contract was signed and sale was maid. Now they are calling wanting to change contract because they want more money. Can they do this? Is this leagal I refuse to signe another contract I am ok with the first one I signed. And I cant give more money

It's called a "yo-yo sale." Tell them to go pound sand. Maybe you will get lucky and they will repo the car, and you will have a free lawsuit.
