Car dealer scam
Car dealer sold my trade-in before financing the purchased vehicle. No financing is available and they want to switch cars and re-do my contract

It's called a yo-yo sale. How long between the time you thought you bought the car and the phone call claiming that no financing is available? Often a letter from a lawyer will persuade them to do the right thing. Once my client's car was repo'ed in a situation like this and we settled a lawsuit.
