Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Car dealership

I just have a quick question. I have a car dealer who gave me a price quote over email. Is he legally required to give me the car at that price?

Re: Car dealership

according to UCC law in pertinent part, anytime a merchant gives you a "quote" in writing, that price would be good for the designated timeframe it was listed in the writing or no longer than 90 days. so, in a nutshell, yes the price you were quoted would be enforceable by you or you would have contractual rights here if u accept the offer within the alloted timeframe and the dealer refuses performance thereafter.
