Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Used Car Fraud
I purchased a car 4/06 from a private party. Carfax report was clean. I now have discovered that the airbags have been fraudulently covered and the SRS wire cut. Carfax now shows a collision from 12/05 where airbags deployed. Any recourse?

Re: Used Car Fraud
I think I remember a Carfax policy to refund the money paid if the report is inaccurate. Check with Carfax.
