Used Car Loan
My wife just bought a used car. Dealer said he could finance. After about a week he is calling saying no one will finance, is there a way we can make them uphold contract?

Re: Used Car Loan
Legally you have to return the car. However, you are entitled to all of the money you paid including return of your trade in. The dealer is not allowed to charge you anything for the use of the car. Be sure you get all your money back.
