Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Car Newspaper Advertisement
I went to a car dealer on Friday to look and purchase an automobile. The automobile was listed at $25,999, I made an offer of $22,995. They came back with a counter offer of $23,547. I accepted and signed away. The next morning I read in the newspaper the automobile advertised for $21,999!!!. Is there anything I can do? Because I've already signed documents, is it too late?
