Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Car price purchase deception
I purchased two weeks ago a Toyota Sienna Minivan.
I was persuaded to purchase this Minivan, when I was told by the manager of this Dealership that the price I was paying, was $100 less than what the dealer had paid. He actually showed me a printout where he had underlined the negative $100.00 amount. Later on, I found in the Internet that the price I paid was actually close to the MSRP for this model, that is almost $3000.00 more than what the dealer actually paid.
Now, I realize that I was deceived. What recourse do I have in this situation??.

If the car dealer lied to you about the price of the car you have a claim under the Consumer Legal Remedies Act of California. Please call me at my office to discuss (818 597-2610). Thank you, Howard Silver
