car problems/a fraud car dealer

If a used dealer tells you it would good to buy a extra warranty for your car since it is very old and used to be cover and I did and it was attached onto the Monthly car payments but the dealer kept taking the extra money but I found out I wasn;t cover when my car broke down and the mahcanic that was to fix my car told me he called the vehilce protection and it wasnt valid and also the dealer refuses to refund me back thta money? and and also I have no car regerstration or car plates front or back he told me he was ordering them since January 2. 2007 and the car has alot of very dangereruos problems heavy oil leaks the car rattles the brakes are bad and the steering wheel shakes. and I drive my two kids to school everyday in that car and myself to work Rick WestBrook has been told all the above but refuses to do tha honorable thing ?

The written terms of the warranty will dictate your rights herein. If you feel you have been wronged due to a breach of the warranty by the dealer at issue, or fraud has taken place, you should retain legal counsel to review your case and/or represent you in this matter.
