Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Car purchase with the agreement of repairs to be made.

In February I purchased a used vehicle. I signed the finance contract with the agreement that 5 repairs would be made to the automobile. I left the car and was to pick it up 2 days later. When I called to make certain that the car would be available for pick up I was advised I would need to wait a few more days. I did and then went to pick up the car 3 days later than agreed. The car was in worse condition that it was before. Need less to say I returned the car again for repairs to be done. These were repairs not related to those we agreed to have done in the contract. It has now been almost 2 months and the car is still in the same condition and now it can not be driven. So I wrote a letter requesting my downpayment back and the first car note payment back due to breach of contract. Do I have any leagal rights??
