Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
new car purchase
Sales manager and internet sales manager backed out of sale of a car after giving us the quote and agreed on during the sales process. Since we already had an agreement can they back out of a deal. What can I do? Thanks your reply.

It depends. If you have a written copy then no, unless you did not qualify for financing. They have ten days to notify you that you did not qualify for financing. If you do not have a written copy. Then you never had an agreement, you were just negotiating.
