Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Used Car Return Policy
I purchased a car and waived the Used Car Return Policy. I signed loan documents 24 hours ago and the dealer kept the car to repair a light. Since signing the documents I have not taken possession of the vehicle and would like to return the vehicle. Am I allowed to purchase the Used Car Return Policy even though I waived my rights? If it is not possible are there other options I can pursue?

Re: Used Car Return Policy
If delivery was never completed, it may be that you are not bound by the contract. However, if delivery was completed and you then gave the car back to them to fix a light, it is another story.
Good luck,
