Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Car Sale in California
I sold a car in AS IS condition and I even wrote on the Bill of sale that the car is sold as is including California Emmisions (smog) for the car. The buyer is now saying the car is not able to be smogged and wants his money back. Do I have to give back his money even if he knew it was as is condition and not registered or smogged with the Emmissions as as is directly pointed out in the sales agreement?
