Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I had my old car "sold" to a local car dealer recently. At the time of sell (when I hadned over the title, the keys & signing the liability release forms) they "promised" to send the payment (by check) to my home address on file. Days passed & I didn't get anything, calls & messages left to hem unanswered. I tormented myself for being such stupidly naive to trust those people. Now ALL I have is CA-Trade form with their address & price, and a business card from the one who helped me with paperwork. What can I do?
