Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Cell phone bill
Disconnected a cell phone with verizon and was told I would not be charged a disconnection fee by rep.
Spoke to another rep 4 months later, and found out that I was charged and that I had paid.
Was told its my fault for paying; yet I paid under the assumption they were justfully charging me for my other phone. They refuse to refund the fee; Is there anything I can do? Specific Performance?
