charging your act. before your free trial is over
i was told by a singles website that i had untill 12-3-05 to cancle my subsription or they would charge me $49.99 and they charged my debit card on 12-2-05 can they do that?my question is can a company tell you you have until the 3rd to cancel your subcription and charge you on the 2nd a day before they say your free trial expires

For you all you know, it might be just a computer glitch. Did you ask for your money back yet? Did you cancel the membership? If no, why not?

If you notified them of your cancelation, and they didn't cancel, then you can dispute it in writing with your credit card company.
