Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

Civial Suit

Recently, I notice charges on my telephone bill that I did not authorize.

I called and spoke with an AT&T representative and was told that these charges are from a third party company ( Intergretel/American Premium Warehouse).

I contacted the third party company and was given some bogus explanation of the charges on my bill. Ive reviewed previous bills and notice $16.15 has been billed to my account for over a year.

I researched this company on the internet and discovered hundreds of other consumers are complaining about this company as well.

I would like to know what action if any I can file against either AT&T and/or Intergretel/American Premium Warehouse?

Re: Civial Suit

The third party entity would be primarily liable for these unauthorized charges. From the facts given, you would have strong legal standing to sue for fraud and other torts. If you would like prompt, affordable legal assistance in this matter, contact us today for a free phone consultation.
