Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Co-buyer/Co-signer
Is there a difference between a co-signer and a co-buyer when you sign for an auto loan? I'm the primary owner of the car and the place I got my car financed told me that the only way I can get the co-buyer off of the loan is by refinancing it. Is this true?
