In Cal. what are the retailer legal responsibility regarding a limited warranty that has conditions not made know to the consumer prior to sale?
Wall to wall carpet.

If it is a manufacturer's warranty and the retailer probably has no responsibility of all. The customer will have to deal with a manufacturer directly.
