Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Can a company use a phone recording in court to show a customer has agreed to do
some overtime work with overtime charges verbally even though the technician showed
up during normal working hours and was witnessed by at least 3 - 5 people as to the
time period and length of stay as not matching the what the billing statements claimed ??
The phone recording was also taped without the customer's knowledge or consent ........
