Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Competitor Postings
Hello,
My question is:
Can my competitor post on their web site my Better Business Bureau report which is not better than their report so that they can deter customers from my web site? Is that legal?
Thank you!

Re: Competitor Postings
Looking into what your options or causes of action against your competitor may be, if any exist, is a more complicated question than I can answer based on your statement. If you are interested in retaining an attorney, please send me an email. If you are not interested in retaining an attorney, you might, acting alone, do the wrong thing and get yourself into trouble.
