Computer Dell Computer has
I returned a laptop computer to Dell on June 20, 2002 Airbourne Express #50216546715. Service Tag #8TOFW01. I have made numerous calls and emails to them to find out what has happened to the machine. The machine was under warrenty. They just ask me to call the next day! They even connected me with someone in India! All I want is my computer back.

First do a check on the internet to see if this was delivered and to who. If the internet does not have this information, then call their toll free number.
Then call Dell and ask to speak to a supervisor and then explain the situation. Be sure to get the name of this supervisor and their extentsion.
Finally, if nothing else works, sue them in small claims court for the cost of the computer.
