Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Is a condom manufacturer liable for their product?
Condoms are supposed to protect you from STD's and unplanned pregnancies or so I've herd. I've placed my trust in the use of a condom to protect me from STD's, however, after having it break I am worried about my health. If I was to contract AIDS or some other STD after this incident, is the manufacturer liable for my health?

No. Obviously you and the rest of the world know of the risk that a condom could break or come off and it's not foolproof. You assume those risks when you use it. It's still so much better than using nothing.
