Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

The Constitution prohibits state judges from impairing a legal contract and from impairing terms disclosed pursuant to the federal truth in lending act. Yet judges claim the Constitution which they violated protects states from being sued in federal courts! Judge claim that some authority greater than the Constitution and the people who approved the Constition gives them immunity from law when they do exactly what they Constitution prohibits them from doing. So which is Supreme the protection of corrupt judges and states or the rights of those involved and trying to get the contract enforced???

The Constitution, the 13th Amendment, does prohibit states from being sued in federal courts. The rest of your question is unintelligible.
