Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Consumer Law - Auto
My daughter and her boyfriend are only eighteen. They went to buy a truck from a dealer in Long Beach, CA and were taken badly. They paid more than what the truck is worth, plus they were sold extras for much more.
Is there anything that can be done?

Probably not. They are considered adults in the eyes of the law. It is up to the buyer to make sure he/she does not get a bad deal.
