Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Consumer Protection
My name is--name removed--and I am currently in the process of relocating to California. In the Uk we have something called the 'consumer protection (distance selling) regulations act 2000'. Its purpose is to protect companys from customers cancelling online orders etc. What I wanted to know was is there an equivalent or something similair in the State of California? If so what is it called?
Kind Regards
