Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Consumer Rights
I purchased a TV online, they never shipped it so I cancelled, they charged my credit card before it even shipped, now a month or two later, no refund and no TV. Credit card has charged two late fees even though I am disputing it. What rights do I have?
