contract breech
Purchased a new vehicle from a Kia dealer. They were to pay off my trade in. 40 days later the trade is still not paid off and I found out the dealeer went out of business. What can I do???

Assuming the pay-off was memorialized in the purchase contract, you have a claim for the money - it just a matter of figuring out against whom and how. If this business is now bankrupt you will have to file your claim in the bk proceedings. You may have many other avenues for recovery, it would be worth speaking with an attorney about this in detail.
