Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Contract Issues with a Lease
My family was approached by a merchant group offering services for our business. They set us up with a lot of companies and before we knew what to do we had a pile of bills.
Some of the contracts with the businesses were forgeries, and others were left in blank. We were asked to fill out only our personal information and that we would be able to confirm the contracts before they were submitted.
It turned out that one was a non cancellable lease agreement and we don't know what to do. They are threatening to send the debt in full to collections.

You should probably pay an attorney to review all the documents and to advise you regarding your options.
Feel free to call or email to discuss in more detail.
Good luck,
Ben
