Contract Law on the purchase of a car
If a car was purchase on 3/1/01 and the contract was signed, now 3/30/01 the dealer request the car back because the co-signer's income does not qualify for it. I am resposable to pay for any milage. The dealer wants to to deduct money from my
down payment.
