Contract Recision Period
A contract for a local weight loss clinic states ''no refunds will be given for this program''. Isn't there a contract recision period in Calif. that would over-ride this statement? If so, what is the recision period?
Additionally, if items verbally promised in conjunction with a written contract are not provided, is there any recourse for receiving a full or partial refund?
