Is signing a contract while on drugs binding.

It depends. Did the other party to the contract know you were "on drugs"? Did you ingest the drugs voluntarily, or did somebody ram them down your throat or slip you a Mickey? What drugs are we talking here? What kind of contract? If you don't feel like paying your Visa bill 'cause you got stoned right before you opened the pre-approved offer, good luck arguing that one in court, dude.

If the drugs made the person who signed it incompetent so that he or she was unable to comprehend the consequences of his/her actions, then perhaps. I agree with Mr. Stone, though, that it would be a tough sell.
