old credit colector
hi my mane is juan i have a credit collection that i forgot for about 15 to 18 years they send me a letter telling me they are trying to get my information from a place that i got credit from this is not on my credit repot and the case number that they gave me in the court statue is disposed what can i do with this or do i have to legal help?

If the debt is over 15 years old, the statute of limitations will likely bar collection. Be careful that whoever is sending you letters or calling you is not trying to steal your personal and financial information.
